This 1998 album by Lauryn Hill is her debut album. It is a very song album of hip hop, R&B, and soul. My favorite song is "Everything Is Everything". Some other songs I like are "Lost Ones", "Doo Wop (That Thing)", "Superstar", "Final Hour", and "Ex-Factor".

Mariah Carey

This debut album Mariah Carey is from 1990. It is my favorite album by her, with very strong vocals and many popular songs. My favorites are "Vision of Love" and "Love Takes Time". Other songs here are "There's Got to Be a Way", "I Don't Wanna Cry", "Someday", "Vanishing", "All in Your Mind", "Alone in Love", "You Need Me", "Sent from Up Above", and "Prisoner". A must hear album for all Mariah Carey fans.

Janet Jackson - The Velvet Rope

The Velvet Rope

This is my favorite 90s Janet Jackson album. An intimate and darker album than her others, it is one of her best albums. My favorite songs are "Velvet Rope" and "You". "Got 'Til It's Gone", "My Need", "Go Deep", "Together Again", "What About", "Every Time", and "I Get Lonely" are more good songs on this very strong album all Janet Jackson fans should hear. I also like her Control, Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814, janet., and Design of a Decade 1986/1996 albums.

This Janet Jackson album from 1993 has many of her best 90s songs. The album is softer sounding than her previous album Rhythm Nation 1814, and very intimate. My favorite songs are "Again", "If", and "That's the Way Love Goes". "You Want This", "Throb", "Because of Love", "Where Are You Now", "The Body That Loves You", "Any Time", and "Any Place" are more standout songs on the album. I also like her Control, Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814, Design of a Decade 1986/1996, and The Velvet Rope albums.

Michael Jackson's 1991 album Dangerous is a very strong album of R&B, pop, and new jack swing. It is my favorite 90s album by him. Some of my favorite songs are "Jam", "Why You Wanna Trip on Me", "In the Closet", "Remember the Time", "Can't Let Her Get Away", "Black or White", "Give in to Me", and "Dangerous". I also like his Off the Wall, Thriller, Bad, HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I, Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix, and This Is It albums.

The Writing's on the Wall is my favorite album by girl group Destiny's Child. From 1999, it is a very strong album of R&B and pop. My favorite songs are "So Good", "Bills, Bills, Bills", "Bug a Boo", "Jumpin, Jumpin", "Say My Name", and "She Can't Love You".

Toni Braxton - Secrets

Secrets

This is Toni Braxton's second album. From 1996, it has her popular 90s song "Un-Break My Heart". Other songs here are "Come On Over Here", "You're Makin' Me High", "There's No Me Without You", "Talking in His Sleep", "How Could An Angel Break My Heart", "Find Me a Man", "Let It Flow", "Why Should I Care", "I Don't Want To", "I Love Me Some Him", and "In the Late of Night". This R&B and soul album is a must hear.

Lenny Kravitz - Greatest Hits

Greatest Hits

This collection has many songs by Lenny Kravitz, mostly from the 90s in funk rock and R&B. My favorite songs are "Are You Gonna Go My Way", "Fly Away", "Rock and Roll Is Dead", "Again", "American Woman", "I Belong to You", and "Black Velveteen".

Steve Winwood - Arc of a Diver

Arc of a Diver

This is my favorite Steve Winwood album. From 1980, it has my favorite song by him; "While You See a Chance". Other songs here are "Arc of a Diver", "Second-Hand Woman", "Slowdown-Sundown", "Spanish Dancer", "Night Train", and "Dust".

Michael Jackson - Thriller

Thriller

Thriller is one of the best albums ever. From 1982, it is my favorite Michael Jackson album. The album was incredibly popular during the 80s and still is today. My favorite songs are "Beat It", "Billie Jean", "Thriller", "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'", "The Girl Is Mine", and "Human Nature", but all the songs on the album are good. Thriller 25 deluxe edition is from 2008 and has a lot of extras. There are seven bonus tracks, videos, live performances, and a 48 page color booklet. The lyrics to all the songs are also here. Some of the new songs are "Beat It 2008" (with Fergie), "Billie Jean 2008" (with Kanye West), "The Girl Is Mine 2008" (with Will.I.Am.), and "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' 2008" (with Akon). Thriller is a must hear album. I also like his Off the Wall, Bad, Dangerous, HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I, Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix, and This Is It albums.

This double album by Michael Jackson is from 1995. Disc 1 has many of his songs from the 70s to the 90s, and disc two has his new 90s songs. Some of my favorites on disc 1 are "Billie Jean", "Black or White", "Rock with You", "Bad", "Man in the Mirror", "Thriller", and "Beat It". Some of his new songs I like are "Scream", "They Don't Care About Us", "Earth Song", and "You are Not Alone". I also like his Off the Wall, Thriller, Bad, Dangerous, Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix, and This Is It albums.

This is a very strong album by Janet Jackson, even after her very good album before this; Control. From 1989, Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814 has many of her best songs. Some of my favorites are "Rhythm Nation", "Escapade", "Miss You Much", and the ballad "Livin' in a World (They Didn't Make)". Many other songs like "State of the World", "Black Cat", and "Come Back to Me" are all very good. I also like her Control, janet., Design of a Decade 1986/1996, and The Velvet Rope albums.

Whitney Houston

Whitney Houston's debut album is from 1985. It is my favorite album by her and has many of her best songs. The songs are R&B, pop, and soul, and all have great vocals. My favorites are "Saving All My Love for You" and "Greatest Love of All". Some other songs I like are "How Will I Know", "You Give Good Love", and "Hold Me" (duet with Teddy Pendergrass). A must hear album for all Whitney Houston fans.

Janet Jackson - Control

Control

From 1986, Control is Janet Jackson's third album. It is my favorite 80s album by her. It has many of her best songs. My favorites are "Nasty", "What Have You Done for Me Lately", and "When I Think of You". Other songs here are "Control", "You Can Be Mine", "The Pleasure Principle", "He Doesn't Know I'm Alive", "Let's Wait Awhile", and "Funny How Time Flies (When You're Having Fun)". Control is an album all Janet Jackson fans should hear. I also like Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814, janet., Design of a Decade 1986/1996, and The Velvet Rope albums.

Bad is from 1987, and is a very strong album to his previous 1982 Thriller. Some of my favorite songs are "Smooth Criminal", "Dirty Diana", "Bad", "Man in the Mirror", and "Liberian Girl". Bad is an album all Michael Jackson fans should hear. I also like his Off the Wall, Thriller, Dangerous, HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I, Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix, and This Is It albums.

This collection has many songs by The Jets from the 80s in pop and electronic dance. My favorite song is "Cross My Broken Heart". Faith is my favorite George Michael album. From 1987, it has many of his popular songs. "Faith", "Father Figure", "I Want Your Sex" (Parts I & II), "Kissing a Fool", and "One More Try". The 2011 edition also has remixes, instrumental versions of some songs and a live version of "Love's in Need of Love Today".

Janet Jackson is one of my favorite music artists. This collection has many of her songs from her previous three albums. Some of my favorite 80s songs are "Nasty", "What Have You Done for Me Lately", "Rhythm Nation", "Escapade", "Miss You Much", and "When I Think of You". The 90s songs "That's the Way Love Goes" and the previously unreleased songs "Runaway" and "Twenty Foreplay". A very nice collection for all Janet Jackson fans. My favorite 80s songs are "Beat It", "Billy Jean", "Thriller", "Man in the Mirror", and "Smooth Criminal". His 90s hits "Earth Song", "They Don't Care About Us", and "Black or White". Many more of his songs are here. This is a nice collection to own for all Michael Jackson fans. This 1979 album by Michael Jackson is one of his best. Off the Wall has many different genres of music. The songs are R&B, pop, and disco. My favorite song is "Rock with You". Some other songs I like are "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough", "Workin' Day and Night", "She's Out of My Life", and "Burn This Disco Out". The 2001 special edition also has interviews and demos of some songs. A fun album of lively songs and great singing by Michael Jackson.
